CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ESG Reporting and Impact Performance Manager to join our Group Sustainability Team! In this role, you will be
- leading the B Corp recertification journey supporting new brands and aiming for business model opportunities for all brands;
- coordinating annual report ESG in partnership with the Head of Sustainability Finance;
- ensure the alignment of the report with the upcoming CSRD regulation, working closely with the CSRD compliance lead and consultants until the compliance deadline;
- building and establishing an internal quarterly ESG report for all material topics and consolidating the progress on the Group Sustainability Standards, fostering transparency and accountability with leadership teams and the Board and also
- coordinating and giving support to central departments on ESG internal and external audits process.
You will work in close collaboration with internal experts, the distribution countries, regional and global leadership teams in a multi-cultural and multi-brand context.
The position reports to the Group Chief Sustainability Officer and is based in the WHQ Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
B Corp Global Lead:
- Lead the B Corp Group recertification (scoping, disclosure questionnaires, support all brands and Business units on their BIA and audit);
- Animate the internal B Leaders community to play an active role in the B Corp community locally and globally;
- Support the brands to activate Impact Business Models.
Impact Performance:
- Consolidating Group Sustainability Standards progress in a report format;
- Ensure quarterly track and report on strategic sustainability topics across brands and departments, offering comprehensive insights and performance enhancement recommendations from expert departments;
- Utilize internal reports and external frameworks for benchmarking purposes and collaborate with the Sustainability Chief Officer to define the level of information, format, and frequency of updates needed to meet the Board and top management's needs.
Annual ESG Report Coordination:
- Plan project timelines and workstream for content update, data consolidation, and design;
- Coordinate the annual sustainability reporting process with internal and external stakeholders, harmonizing reporting rules across departments, brands, and regions;
- Work closely with the CSRD compliance lead until the compliance deadline to ensure alignment of policies and practices across brands;
- Benchmark industry reporting trends and approach on CSRD.
Audits and Assurance in Sustainability:
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes in collaboration with Head of Sustainability Finance;
- Continue developing internal audit processes and frameworks related to sustainability, in collaboration with internal audit departments;
- Ensure clear communication on areas for improvement identified by audit process and sharing recommendation for corrective actions to support central departments to be ready for full audit in FY26.
External Reporting:
- Coordinate the preparation of mandatory external reports, including Ecovadis, UNGC, and other engagement-related disclosures;
- Support other department in external reporting initiatives (CDP, palm-oil, EMAF) to create synergies and mutualize efforts.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- +5 years’ experience in a similar role with proven track record in CSR reporting management and/or B Corp certification;
- Solid CSRD knowledge;
- Successful track record in leading and running complex projects and processes in highly decentralized and fast-paced environments;
- Fluent in English & conversational in French is a strong plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and engage multiple stakeholders at levels;
- Excellent ability to lead by influence in an international, multi-cultural and multi-brand context and animate transversally many teams;
- Self-starter, result driven personality able to operate with broad guidelines;
- Strong team player with an open, positive and pragmatic approach;
- Reliable, rigorous with strong organizational skills;
- Comfortable with VUCA environments with the ability to deal well with ambiguity;
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
