We are looking for a highly motivated Regional HR Project Leader - Greater Europe (12 months fixed-term contract) based in our Headquarters in Plan-Les-Ouates!


She/he will work under the supervision of the Regional Human Resources Director and in close collaboration with local HR managers and General/Country Managers, leading regional HR projects that support country strategies. She/he will also interact with local & global stakeholders in the following areas: policy and program development, learning and development, talent management, internal communication, adhoc analysis & support on specific company/HR projects such as B-CORP, Diversity & Inclusion program, etc.


She/he will also help ensuring a high-quality HR support as well as the development, implementation and monitoring of standards and compliance in all areas of HR across Europe.




  • Learning & Development :
    • Deploy the Learning and Development strategy for the Region &  monitor the progress of the L&D roadmap with local L&D affiliates.
    • Support the organization of regional L&D initiatives like management or leadership program


  • Talent Acquisition / Talent Management:
    • Support the Regional HR Director on the monitoring and follow-up of the Horizon Program (High Potentials program)      
    • Support local HR & managers in the implementation of IDPs (Individual Development Plan) for their population, and specific development actions


  • Internal Communication & employee engagement:
    • Coordinate internal events like “Move for People” event/ Manage internal communication actions for the Region
    • Communicate and encourage best practices sharing across the teams
    • GPTW survey regional assistance & follow-up of local action plans


  • B-CORP & Diversity Equity & Inclusion roadmap implementation:
    • Support local countries in the achievements of their B-CORP local roadmap      
    • Coordination of translations when needed
    • Support the coordination of the regional DE&I Roadmap


  • Compensation & Benefits / HRIS support:
    • Assist the Regional Compensation & Benefits manager in all HR core processes duties according to the global HR agenda
    • Run adhoc analysis to support on the “Turnover reduction” project





  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
  • 1-2 years HR experience is required, including internship and/or apprenticeship
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus as we are operating a large region
  • Must possess a highly collaborative, inclusive, consultative, and resourceful work style
  • Great communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to manage priorities in an adaptable and flexible manner                                     
  • Result-oriented, proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Service-oriented with a strong customer/end-user focus
  • Excellent organizational skills, follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • PC Literate, with good working knowledge of MS word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum.  Knowledge of  SAP SuccessFactors  and content creation tools would also be an advantage.


STARTING DATE : 1st July 2022

Travel requirements: 10 %

Fixed-term contract for 12 months – full-time basis
