CONTEXT & MISSION:

We are looking for a new intern to work on 360° Communication campaigns for Gifting Category, within the L'Occitane en Provence Global Brand Department.

The Gifting team is in charge of developing Transversal animations for the brand at key Gifting periods of the year. In this team, you will work in an Agile environment (“Scrum”) where collective intelligence, prioritization & ownership are at the heart.

As 360° Communication intern, you will work closely with our project leaders on the development of several international 360° campaigns.

 

MAIN MISSIONS

  • Development of 360° gifting advertising campaigns (offline & online): contribution to briefing, asset development follow up, shooting preparation…
  • Internal coordination & communication: organization of regular meetings with multi-functional teams, coordination and contribution to the Launch Notes & toolboxes… 

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • A student looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory)
  • Passioned with cosmetics & luxury 
  • Organized, rigorous, adaptable, proactive
  • A team player, and like to collaborate
  • Fluent in French and English
  • A previous experience on digital platforms and/or retail environment is a plus
  • At ease with both creative and analytical topics

 

STARTING DATE: January 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)

 

LOCATION: Geneva (Plan-les-Ouates), Switzerland
