CONTEXT

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our agile cross-functional team, working simultaneously on CMI projects as well as supporting the Global Revenue Growth Management team.

The common mission is to drive a data-centric decisions on for marketing innovation as well as go-to-market decisions.

The position reports to the CMI Project Manager for L’Occitane en Provence.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide CMI team support on projects and ad-hoc requests : Data pull,  community management, research and analysis,
  • Lead ad-hoc market research projects end-to-end, from design to activation of learnings:
    • Tasks can include, but are not limited to : identify research methodology, develop research lay-out, questionnaire creation, stimuli definition, survey configuration on Qualtrics, managing external research partners, cleaning and analysing quantitative data, summarizing and presenting insights and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders,
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis of qualitative data and quantitative data on various internal platforms,
  • Organize trainings on CMI tools for Newcomers,
  • Competitive Deep Dive and/or Cross-Intern project,
  • Provide support to RGM team on other analytical tasks.

 

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Bachelor or Master student looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory),
  • Some professional experience with a previous internship in Data Analytics is strongly preferred,
  • Proactiveness and working autonomously,
  • Excellent organisation and project management, ability to adapt and demonstrate entrepreneurship,
  • Fluent in English and French.

 

 

STARTING DATE: July 2024 for 6 months (full-time position)
