CONTEXT:

L’Occitane operates across a variety of channels in Europe & the Middle East, working closely with local markets to activate our eCommerce digital marketing plan.

You will be part of a newly created Europe & Middle East Team driving regional Digital & eCommerce strategy, implementing eCommerce features, coordinating web & social campaign, leveraging best practices and supporting the regional marketing plan.

You will report to the Digital & SEO Manager Europe & Middle East and support the team on digital traffic acquisition and eCommerce missions.

 

MAIN MISSIONS:
 

Support the Digital & eCommerce regional team in their main missions :

  • Digital traffic acquisition with a focus on SEO and paid media campaigns
    • Build and coordinate landing pages needs on Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC), manage translations and keywords strategy
    • Coordinate and follow up campaign assets execution (banners, briefs, reportings…) based on international campaign toolbox and ensuring consistency along the customer path on eCRM, Social and Ecommerce
       
  • Content & campaign implementation on Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
    • Develop digital campaign toolkit for local markets
    • Build landing pages on SFCC
       
  • Customer experience onsite 
    • Support local markets to adopt and set up the e-commerce features available in SFCC
    • Support local markets in their eCommerce AB tests (set up, coordination…)
    • Launch new Conversion Rate Optimisation initiatives (CRO)
    • Communicate new features and share best practices across markets
       
  • Transversal support
    • Digital business reports, meeting coordination with regional teams, agencies, internal and cross functional coordination (CRM, MKTG, IT…)
    • Digital benchmark and features innovations

 

 

HOW  YOU CAN FIT

  • Master degree in Digital, Engineer or Business School (an internship agreement provided by your current school is mandatory),
  • First experience in eCommerce and digital acquisition is key,
  • Fluent in English and French,
  • Autonomous, proactive with a strong entrepreneurship mindset,
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt your message to your audience,
  • Very organized and at ease to jump very fast on one subject to another,
  • Ability to understand retail & ecommerce challenges,

STARTING DATE: January 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)
