CONTEXT:

You will be part of the Digital Presence team within the Information Technology Department at L’Occitane Headquarters. You will have a double report to the Salesforce B2C Product Manager & the Transversal Digital Expert, discover the agile framework, and support markets across all regions on several strategic missions such as: platform evolutions and enhancements, support content management, product catalog management, tracking, cookie management & Ab tests.

 

MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Support the Product Manager of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud team in building the next platform evolutions
  • Follow key indicators to identify new opportunities using Google Analytics or ContentSquare
  • Audit and support key markets to adopt the e-commerce features available in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Communicate new features and share best practices across markets
  • Write user stories and guides for new features and improvements
  • Ensure data quality and update product catalog on PIM (Product Information Management) platform and Salesforce Commerce Cloud product catalog
  • Adhoc tasks such as assisting with testing, supporting Ab test deployments, cookies audit and tagging

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Digital / Engineer or Business School (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory),
  • First Experience in E-commerce
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Curious with interest in digital and tech topics
  • Autonomous with a strong entrepreneurship mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt your message to your audience
