CONTEXT & MISSION:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated ESG Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to take a leading role in managing our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) data and sustainability reporting across our multi-brand portfolio.

This position reports to Head of Sustainability Finance, ensuring alignment of data and reporting efforts.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Consolidation & Management: Oversee the collection, consolidation and validation of ESG data from various sources (raw materials, packaging, logistic, energy, waste, water and social responsibility metrics) across the Group's brands. Strong ability to explain the quality of the data needed, to understand brands issues related to data collection and to propose solutions.
  • Data Quality & Consistency: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular consistency checks, developing and implementing data control procedures to ensure transparency and compliance with international standards.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Lead efforts to automate data collection and reporting processes, working closely with IT teams to design systems that ensure streamlined and efficient reporting.
  • Sustainability Reporting: Collaborate with the Reporting Manager to prepare and update the annual ESG report, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • ESG Performance Monitoring: Analyze ESG performance data to generate actionable insights for improving environmental and social impact, and work closely with sustainability, finance and operations teams to track progress toward corporate sustainability goals.
  • Fieldwork & Site Visits: Participate in field trips to the Group's operations in various countries to gather data, observe practices and ensure accurate reporting of ESG metrics.
  • Visual Reporting & Communication: Create clear and compelling graphs, charts & presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the Group's sustainability performance.

 

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field.
  • First experience in ESG data management, sustainability reporting or related fields, preferably in a multi-brand or global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau) and reporting tools. Experience in automating data collection processes is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and French is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to create engaging reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep interest in sustainability issues, climate change and corporate social responsibility, with a commitment to driving positive change.
