CONTEXT & MISSION:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated ESG Data Intern to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This internship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of sustainability reporting and climate management.

This position reports to Head of Sustainability Finance, ensuring alignment of data and reporting efforts.
 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reporting Consolidation: assist in consolidating data for sustainability reports (including carbon footprint)
  • Data Consistency Checks: ensure data consistency and accuracy across different sources and create data control procedures
  • Reporting Improvement : be part of an IT taskforce to automatize and improve sustainability reporting
  • Graph Creation: create visually clear graphs and charts for reports and presentations 
  • ESG annual report update: work closely with the Reporting Manager to update the annual report to support data collection process and timings 
  • Field Trips: occasionally travel to our operations in Provence, France
     

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Business Analysis/Data Analytics, with an orientation on environmental science, sustainability, business, or related fields – An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and reporting tools 
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging presentations (PowerPoint skills) 
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental issues 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility


 

STARTING DATE: July 15, 2024 for 6 months (full-time position)
