CONTEXT

You will join our Hospitality Marketing team and will support the growth of our Hospitality channel (Convenience products sold to hotels or airlines) on operational and marketing development missions, dealing with L'Occitane's internal and external partners. 
 

MAIN MISSIONS:

 

Operational Marketing / Communication

  • Participate in the creation of sales tools for our hotel products and communication assets,
  • Participate in the management of social media / emailing / PR communications,
  • Marketing support for the European sales teams (customer presentation, leaflet, digital partnership).

 

Marketing Development

  • Participate in the development and marketing of Hospitality products, kits and merchandising tools in coordination with the packaging, laboratory and graphic design teams.
  • Monitor competition trends in the beauty & hospitality sectors, to identify future opportunities.

 

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Students looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory),
  • Bachelor or Master's student in Marketing or Communication,
  • A first internship within the beauty industry is a plus,
  • Fluency in French and a good level of written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency on the Office pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel),
  • Proficiency on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram),
  • Agility, flexibility, creativity, pro-active attitude, organization skills, rigor and able to respect deadlines and to manage several different tasks at the same time,
  • Good writing skills for the production of marketing materials,
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills,
  • Good analytical skills.

 

 

STARTING DATE: January 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)
