CONTEXT & MISSION:

 

You will be part of the Culture & People Development Team. The team is in charge of the launch and coordination of Human Resources Development, Learning and implementation of new ways of working.

 

You will be reporting to the Learning & Development Manager and will be supporting the central team and all the countries at Group L’Occitane for the main initiatives that will be led in the next future and in line with the International Program Roadmap.   

Since as for today learning initiatives cannot be separated from digital it’s important to have a background or a solid attitude towards technology, over instructional design and educational theories.


 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Gestion des formations

Conception de programmes de formation : Apprendre à identifier les besoins en formation et à développer des programmes adaptés, en présentiel ou en e-learning

Organisation et logistique des formations : Planifier les sessions de formation, coordonner les lieux, les intervenants et les participants.

Évaluation des formations : Mettre en place des outils pour mesurer l'efficacité des formations et recueillir les feedbacks
 

2. Techniques de formation

Méthodes pédagogiques : Maîtriser différentes approches pédagogiques et techniques d'animation (présentiel, e-learning, blended learning)

Utilisation des outils de formation : Se familiariser avec les plateformes LMS (Learning Management System) et autres technologies éducatives
 

3. Gestion de projets

Méthodologie de gestion de projets : Apprendre à gérer des projets de formation de bout en bout en utilisant des méthodologies reconnues (par exemple Agile)

Coordination et suivi de projet : Acquérir des compétences en planification, coordination et suivi des projets de développement des compétences
 

4. Communication

Interactions avec différents niveaux et profils de personnes : Améliorer les compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec divers interlocuteurs (collègues, Responsables Formation et Développement RH en marché, partenaires externes)

Création de supports : Concevoir des supports de communication impactants pour engager les parties prenantes, ancrer les apprentissages et rendre visible les initiatives menées
 

5. Analyse des données et reporting

Analyse des besoins : Utiliser des techniques d’analyse des données et nos outils existants pour identifier les tendances et les besoins en formation

Reporting et KPI : Apprendre à développer et suivre des indicateurs de performance pour évaluer l’impact des programmes de formation
 

6. Innovation et veille technologique

Veille technologique : Rester informé. des dernières tendances et technologies en matière de formation et développement

Innovation pédagogique : Explorer de nouvelles méthodes et technologies pour améliorer l’apprentissage et le développement

 

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Student in Business School or University with a Master or Bachelor degree (an internship agreement is mandatory)
  • Fluent English and French (oral and written)
  • Instructional design fundamentals
  • Experience with MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and team-building skills
  • Creative and proactive
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with multimedia production (a plus)
  • Experience using Microsoft Sharepoint (a plus)
  • Experience with Camtasia, Articulate Storyline 2, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop (a plus)
  • Desire to put people first and demonstrate the values of L’OCCITANE Group

 

 

STARTING DATE: January 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)
