CONTEXT & MISSION:
You will be part of the L'Occitane en Provence Global Culture & People Development Team. The team is in charge of the launch and coordination of Human Resources Development, Learning, Culture, Talent Acquisition and Ways of Working for Office & Retail populations.
You will be reporting to the Learning & Development Senior Manager, and will be supporting the central team and all the countries related to L’Occitane en Provence for the main initiatives that will be led in the next future and in line with the international roadmap.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management & Leadership Training
- Support in the creation of training programs: writing communications related to the programs, formatting materials.
- Organization and logistics: supporting markets in planning training sessions.
- Training evaluation: analyzing and tracking satisfaction surveys, suggesting improvements.
Retail Academy
- Support in the creation of the new internal Retail Training Academy: writing communications related to the programs, formatting materials.
- Organization and logistics: supporting the global team and markets in planning training sessions and deploying created modules (in-person, e-learning).
L&D Data Tracking
- Gathering training data: coordinating and tracking regular collection of training data from the markets, updating the LMS (Learning Management System) accordingly.
- Data analysis: using internal Business Intelligence tools and existing L&D dashboards, analyzing existing data to deepen the understanding of L&D practices in the markets and assist in steering the department's strategy.
Culture
- Company Behaviors & Values: creating a mapping between L'Occitane's new behaviors and the content of Management & Leadership programs.
- CSR: proposing initiatives aligned with the company's Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
Communication
- Creation of materials: designing impactful communication materials to engage stakeholders, anchor learning, and increase visibility of ongoing initiatives.
People & Culture Team
- Team life: occasionally supporting the People & Culture team on collective intelligence and group dynamics topics, participating in team-building days.
- Reporting and KPIs: developing a "profile" of the team's projects and tracking performance indicators to assess the impact of actions taken.
Innovation and Technological Watch
- Technological watch: sharing the latest trends and technologies in training and development.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Student in Business School or University with a Master or Bachelor degree (an internship agreement provided by your current school is mandatory)
- Fluent English and French (oral and written)
- Experience with MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and team-building skills
- Creative, proactive and rigorous
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Desire to put people first and demonstrate the values of L'Occitane en Provence
STARTING DATE: July 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)
