SPA Training Project Leader (8 months fixed-term contract)
Maison L’Occitane en Provence
We are looking for a highly motivated SPA Training Project Leader for a 8 months fixed-term contract to join our Maison L’Occitane en Provence global team!
As part of the global Spa department, your main mission is to reinforce SPA expertise in different brand channels (retail and digital mainly) via protocols deployment, structure and training. This position is base in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to the SPA Director.
Key Responsibilities :
1/ SPA Protocol training
- Be trained by Spa team on SPA L’Occitane en Provence protocols & techniques
- Be able to conduct trainings SPA protocols out of SPA with different audiences (internal, press, influencers, beauty hosts, etc.)
- Responsible for the deployment of consistent standards of protocols by local teams regarding brand values, spa concept, guest, timing, gestures, tools for omnichannel experience
- Structure all available protocols, communication and activation tools for guest experience
- Organize and implement digital training on online learning platforms
2/ Cross-functional assignments within the brand's universe
- Participation in all cross-functional assignments related to the Spa activities
- Competitor analysis: market monitoring and trends sharing related to spa expertise and protocols development (out of SPA)
- Representing Spa expertise at various events, press trips, clinical trials, etc.
- Adapting and organizing training tools according to local deployment and strategy
How you can fit:
- Min. 5 years professional experience as trainer, beauty therapist in SPA or beauty advisor with a trainer certification (mandatory)
- Experience in retail & luxury cosmetics is a strong plus
- Fluent in English & French
- Experience in project management with good organizational skills
- Autonomous, details-oriented and accountable
- Collaborative to learn SPA expertise and be able to contribute and deploy
- Excellent presentation skills with a very good command of Pack Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Spa certificate is a plus (Cibtac, Cidesco, ITEC, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High positive energy, resilience, curiosity and humbleness
