CONTEXT & MISSION:
The Senior Product Manager for L'Occitane en Provence will be part of an agile cross-expertise team dedicated to the Gifting category (in charge of key business moments such as Christmas, Mother's Day... limited editions and gift sets).
The position is based in our Head office, in Geneva, within the International Brand Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct performance analysis of Maison L'Occitane and the market to assess business and brand opportunities for the Gifting category
- Build and present strategic recommendations for the Gifting category, in line with the Brand platform, to stakeholders (Markets and Top management)
- Co-construct and support customer & prospect studies with the Consumers Insights team to help decision-making
- Monitor the development of products and accessories with key partners (New Product Development team, Design, Packaging, Perfumers, etc.)
- Manage the development of 360° campaigns, from brief to execution, in collaboration with the Communication Experts and the Creative Studio. Ensure the consistency of the 360° launch plan to develop the Toolboxes and support the markets in their activation.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar
- +7 years of experience in Trade Marketing
- Fluency in French and English is key
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Problem-solving & entrepreneurial mind-set
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
