CONTEXT:

The L'Occitane en Provence Senior Product Manager will be part of an agile cross-expertise team dedicated to the Fragrance category, with the objective to integrate the consumer at the center of each initiative ("Scrum" approach).

The position is based in our International Headquarters, in Geneva.

 

MISSIONS:

  • Manage independently the development of your projects : lead cross-functionnal development teams (graphic design, packaging, perfurmers...) and manage day-to-day product development rigorously, respecting deadlines and profitability targets to ensure high-quality product delivery 
  • Manage 360° campaigns development in collaboration with communications experts and our internal creative studio. Co-lead briefings, concepts and execution. Ensure coherence of the 360° launch plan to develop Toolboxes and support the markets in their activation
  • Conduct performance analysis of the Maison L'Occitane & the market, and conduct customer & prospect research to identify business and brand opportunities for the Fragrance category
  • Build and present strategic recommandations for the Fragrance category to stakeholders (markets, top management), in line with the Brand platfrom

 

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • +5 years of experience in marketing, product development, with a previous experience in Fragrance and/or Home category
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent project management skills, with organizational competencies and a strong ability to prioritize
  • Strong team player with high sense of ownership
  • A positive mindset, focus on finding solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Appetite for change & challenges, and at ease in an international fast-paced environment with remote & multicultural teams
