CONTEXT & MISSION:
Within the Creative department based in Geneva, and reporting directly to the Head of Creative Omnichannel, you will design and develop the L'Occitane en Provence brand experience across all channels. You will also be the point of contact of the international Store Design community (EMEA, ASIA and North America teams).

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and development of the retail brand experience for the different channels: Flagships, Corners, Wholesale, SPA, Café and others
  • Design and development of the retail spaces for store openings and renovations (sketches, 3D renderings, preliminary and final pack), in collaboration with the creative community across regions
  • Oversee the development of technical drawings for design concepts, adapting designs as needed for local markets
  • Development of store design guidelines and collaboration with key partners in the regions to ensure a globally consistent brand approach
  • Follow-up on implementations: pictures from markets, costs, learnings
  • Manage external consultants and follow-up with the various suppliers or service providers
  • Some travel will be required (market visits, meetings, openings or specific installations)


 

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • With a degree in architecture, interior design or design, you have 7+ years of experience in a similar role in the luxury sector
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is a major asset
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proficiency in various creation and modeling softwares (Autocad, Sketchup, V-Ray, Adobe suite, AI), and presentation ones (Indesign, Microsoft suite, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly identify the operational needs of your contacts and their markets, but also future developments and trends in retail, design and the cosmetics industry
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a can-do and positive attitude, thanks to strong project management skills
  • Resilient, problem-solving attitude, flexibility & adaptability
  • Proactivity with an appetite for challenges and changes
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment with remote international teams
